Tivara sits between your clinic phone line and every downstream system. It does not relay raw voice data. The AI engine parses intent, structures the output into the target system's schema, authenticates with your stored credentials, and writes via the system's certified API.

No data leaves Tivara's HIPAA-compliant infrastructure at rest. In-flight calls are encrypted end-to-end. Integration credentials are stored in a hardware-backed vault with per-location access controls and automatic rotation every 90 days.
