FAQ

Common questions

No setup or onboarding fee. Your monthly plan covers integration setup, staff training documentation, and the first live-call monitoring session. For Network-tier customers, a dedicated onboarding engineer is included at no additional charge.
Tivara does not drop calls or charge overage fees. If you consistently exceed your plan's monthly limit, your account manager will reach out to discuss upgrading to a tier that fits your volume. You will never be surprised by a larger bill.
Yes. A signed BAA is part of onboarding for every plan. Tivara does not activate any integration or begin processing patient calls until the BAA is countersigned. The agreement is available for legal review before you commit to a plan.
Yes. Each location is billed at the same per-location rate as your current plan. Adding a location mid-month is prorated. Multi-location groups on the Practice or Network plan qualify for volume pricing after the third active location.
For supported EMR platforms, most practices are live within 5 to 10 business days. The largest variable is credential provisioning on your EMR side. Once Tivara has API access, the configuration and testing phase typically takes two to three days.
Month-to-month billing with no minimum commitment. Give 30 days written notice and your account closes at the end of the current billing cycle. Your call logs and any data you have stored are exportable for 60 days after cancellation before they are deleted.
